My personal journey to PYEB begins far away from Germany — in Papua New Guinea.

I grew up there, surrounded by nature and the indigenous community. My father worked in development aid, and we as a family were part of that world. This time had a profound impact on me: respect for nature, the value of simple, honest things, and the desire for quality to be accessible to everyone.

This attitude has stayed with me to this day — and it shapes PYEB.

Our printing company was founded by my parents in Frankfurt in 1974 as Germany's first copy shop. I took over in 2013 and consistently focused on sustainability and environmentally conscious printing.

Since 2024, our company has been called PYEB — the essence of over 40 years of experience with customers, machines and materials.

What that means?

We've continually refined our prices, products, and philosophy over decades. Today, you can print with us in high-quality, environmentally friendly, and fair ways—with peace of mind.

For our books, we rely on state-of-the-art, environmentally friendly production machines with inkjet technology. Printing is completely emission-free, with up to 90% less power consumption and significantly less waste – compared to conventional laser printing processes using toner. This means that every book is produced in a resource-saving manner and with our environment in mind.

Our goal is to return the book to an environmentally friendly future. Without plastic film on the cover. With emission-free printing and sophisticated materials.
